The SR from MANXSR.COM web site has been Sold!
Thanks for looking

Well, I have given this a lot of thought for quite sometime now.... I have decided to put my beautiful Manx Sr up for sale.  I have literally had 10's of thousands of visitors to my web site since I started it.  When I decided to restore a Manx Sr I searched the web for many hours trying to find anything I could about these cool little cars.  At that time all I could come up with was 2 very small photos of the SR.  I decided it was time to create a website dedicated to the Manx Sr.  And this website was born!  All thanks to this SR.
I have researched in great detail as much information about SR's as I could dig up.  I have had some help for others that have been loyal to this web site.  The information on these web pages are as complete as you will find anywhere.  My red SR has been the inspiration for many other SR owners all across the USA as well as several other country's.  It is truly one of the nicest SR in existence.  Thanks for visiting, now more about the car.  Wow, where do I start.

I won't give all the details here about the history of SR's since you can find it at the other pages of this website, but I will tell you about this car.  My Sr is an original BF Meyers Manx SR.  They were only built for 9 months of one year, 1970.  There were approx only 125~150 SR's made by BF Meyers.  This particular car was originally owned by Malcolm Bricklin of the Bricklin Car Company.  The serial number is SR83HO.
I have also verified that this car was one of the few (about 10) cars that we're factory built by BF Meyers.  I spoke with Steward Reed (designer of the body & worked with Bruce Meyers) about my car.  Mr. Reed says he remembers my car well.  Stewart told me the story of him, his wife and daughter driving this car from California to Pennsylvania for Malcolm Bricklin, taking in a sight seeing trip along the way.

This is an opportunity to own one very nice SR.  With the type of history this car has, it is certainly one of the most desirable Manx SR's in the world.  It has been featured in 2 major magazines and has been mentioned in several others.  I have won many shows with this car.  It will draw a crowd where ever you take it.  Of course as Bruce Meyers intended, it is very fun to drive.   Now the details...
